It is with real pleasure that i can announce that Kaizen Martial Arts at the start of Term 3 will be providing 5 days a week training for Adults BJJ Classes ( to go with our 6 days a week for kids ).
Monday, Wednesday and Friday are Gi based classes and Tuesday and Thursday are No-Gi based Self Defence classes. This will allow a great mix of training during each week and a solid selection of days for this that wish to train both Gi and No-Gi classes.
It is great to so many new people coming in for their week of trial classes and then making the decision to join us… We look forward to seeing you on the mats in July.
